Using Tax Professional Finder, you can search for a tax professional by location or area of expertise or even find the tax professional you used last year. You'll see a summary of the tax professional's experience and their office location. Once you find the right tax professional, you can make an appointment online to meet with the preparer.

Simply call your local office to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- What kind of training do your tax professionals have?

Over 100 hours of minimum training for first year tax professionals.
84 hours of required specialty tax training. Classes range from individual topics such as Itemized Deductions, Depreciation, Rental Real Estate, Farms, Investment Income and Disposition of Business assets. Business topics covered include Partnerships, Corporations, Estate Taxation and Gift Taxation.
24 hours of mandatory continuing education each year.

View FAQ- How long will it take for my tax professional to prepare my Best of Both return?
Your tax professional should be able to complete your return within 48 hours after first contacting you. This time can vary significantly if:
Your tax professional has trouble contacting you.
You have delays in obtaining or submitting required information.
- What can I expect from the tax professional assigned to my return?
Your tax professional will typically contact you within 24 hours to review the information you've submitted and gather any additional documentation needed for your return. He or she will talk to you about any additional services available and offer advice specific to your tax situation.
If you're using Best of Both, your tax professional will then complete your return and notify you when it's ready for your review and approval. After you approve and pay for your return, your tax professional will e-file it for you or advise you how to print and mail your return.
- Do I need to mail anything to my Best of Both tax professional when I submit my return?
You might need to submit supporting tax documents to your tax professional. You can submit them via:

- What if I don't have electronic copies of my documents?
You can fax or mail copies of your tax documents to your tax professional. Before faxing, print a fax cover sheet to include with your documents. The cover sheet is available via the Main Menu. Or if you have a digital camera or mobile phone with a camera, take a photo of the document(s) and attach it via the Message Center. Each photo must display the entire document and clearly show the text on the document.

- What do I need to bring in with me to apply?
You will need to bring in a government issued, unexpired photo ID, your most recent paycheck stub and a final pay stub from any other jobs you may have had during the year.
